Doris Takes a Break

My favorite thing about this painting is the shadow of her ear that falls over her shoulder.

Doris and her friends were out "on break" in the sun, and when I saw them, I knew I had to stop my car and get some photos I could use for paintings. Cows have so many interesting shapes and angles!

While the original painting of Doris has sold, reproductions are available on my page at FineArtAmerica.com.
