Minnetonka Shoreline, September

After teaching an afternoon class, I had a choice between sitting in traffic for over an hour to get home, or ... finding a landscape to paint, in the golden evening sunlight of late summer. I went and did that, watching the moon come up as the sun went down. This was painted at the edge of Noerenberg Gardens.
